The contract wording includes cover for general liability (public and products) as well as professional indemnity coverage.

The professional indemnity coverage has been enhanced via automatic extensions, e.g. cover for Reinstatement, Continuity, Representation Costs, Advancement of Defence Costs, Employees' Dishonesty, Trade Practices, and Loss of Documents.

The general liability coverage protects against legal liability to pay compensation for each and every occurrence up to the agreed limit of liability (with an aggregate limit for products liability).

A further ‘optional’ extension can be purchased for coverage with respect to Care Custody and Control.
